North West May Be Launching A Skincare Range And People Are Fuming At Kim Kardashian

If there’s one thing the Kardashians love to do, it’s monetize anything and everything — even their own kids. However, the possibility of 9-year-old North West launching her own skincare range isn’t going over well with fans, who are fuming at Kim Kardashian over the matter.

  1. Kim Kardashian has filed four new trademarks under North West’s name. One of the trademarks deals with skincare and other beauty products covering “non-medicated skin preparations, skin moisturizers, skin lotions, skin creams, skin cleansers” as well as “skin serums, facial oils, body oils, bath and shower gels, bubble bath, body powders, cosmetics, fragrances, hair care preparations.”
  2. We might be getting more than a North West skincare range. Another trademark would be for a toy range, according to The Sun. Just what you want your little girls playing with – a North West doll! The other trademarks are said to have to do with advertising and entertainment.
  3. Of course, Kim Kardashian may not be planning to use these. After all, North is only nine years old, which I feel like we can all agree is a bit too young to be getting into showbiz properly. It could be that her mom is just taking precautions and thinking ahead in case North wants to do these things when she’s of age.
  4. Nevertheless, fans are not happy with Kim. “Skin care at age nine years old. Why’s her mother rushing her growing up. Let the child be a child and do kids stuff,” one person wrote. Another said, “A nine-year-old skincare line? Pretty soon they gonna be out here telling nine-year-olds they need Botox and lip filler.”
  5. Of course, what people fail to remember is that North West has never had a “normal” childhood. The “kids stuff ” she enjoys is not what other 9-year-olds do. Her parents are two of the most famous figures in the world and she’s grown up with literally billions of dollars at her fingertips.
