10 Ways The Right Person Will Love You

Love comes in all different forms, but it can also be deceiving. You might be in a relationship with someone who claims to care deeply about you but their actions don’t make you feel that way at all. The right person for you will make you feel supported, respected, and adored completely. Here are just a few of the ways your soulmate will love you and how it’ll make you feel.

  1. They’ll be proud of you. The right person for you will love you with such a sense of pride, you’ll feel like the most beautiful woman in the world. They’ll want to show you off and brag about how amazing you are to everyone they meet. They’ll think they won the lottery when they got you and will treat you like the queen that you are.
  2. They’ll love you for who you are right now. If your partner claims to love you but then wants to change you or mold you into a version of yourself that doesn’t feel like you, they’re not loving you the way you deserve to be loved. The right person fell in love with you just the way you are and should only encourage you to change if there’s something about you that you’re trying to work on. They’ll feel the same about you no matter what.
  3. They’ll always think of your feelings. Good relationships require a certain level of compromise, but often in unstable or unhealthy relationships, one person is constantly compromising on what the other person wants. If you feel like you never get your way and your partner only cares about their wants and comforts, that isn’t true love. The right person will think of your feelings and the things that you want and make sure that they are compromising as much as you are.
  4. They won’t judge you for your past. We all have a past. We all have things that we’ve done and mistakes that we’ve made that we’re not exactly proud of. While our past is an important part of who we are, it doesn’t define us and the right person will love you enough to never judge you for anything from the past that you’d like to forget or leave behind you. They’ll love you for the person you are now and the changes you’ve made and will never want to bring up painful memories to hurt or use against you.
  5. They’ll pay attention and listen. The right person for you will always listen when you’re speaking to them and will remember the things you say that are important to you. They won’t do this to avoid a fight or to simply appease you, though. If they love you, they’ll truly have a desire to listen to things that you say because know more about you and the things you’re passionate about makes them happy. The right person will always make you feel heard.
  6. They’ll trust you and believe you. If someone claims to love you but doesn’t trust you or questions everything you say, is not really loving you the way you deserve to be loved. When you love someone, you choose to trust them with your life and your happiness. You choose to believe that they’re telling you the truth when you tell them where you’ve been and what you’ve been doing. The right person will have trust in you.
  7. They’ll hold you accountable. Tough love is a real thing and it’s very important in long-term, successful relationships. The right person for you will love you unconditionally but they’ll also keep you grounded and not be afraid to call you out when you need to be called out. The right person for you wants the best for you in every way so, they would never want to enable you or let you keep falling when they could help you.
  8. They’ll fight for your relationship. Love is never easy all of the time but someone who truly loves you won’t just give up or run away when things get hard. The right person for you will want to fight for your relationship and what the two of you have because their love for you is much more important than a fight or a rough patch. The right person won’t just let you walk out either. They’ll run after you because they’d never want to lose you.
  9. They won’t be afraid to admit when they’re wrong. In love and happy relationships, you have to be able to say that you’re sorry when you’re wrong. The right person for you won’t be stubborn and unforgiving when it comes to fights and arguments that will inevitably happen. The right person will love you enough to be able to admit fault and reach a resolution with you.
  10. They’ll plan with you in a long-term sense. The right person will love you like they never want to live without you. When they think about the future, they won’t be able to envision it without you so all of their plans and goals will involve you in some way. They can’t guarantee that the relationship will last forever, only time will tell, but they’ll live as if they have you for life because that’s how much they love you.
