Meet the Team

Founder
Harleen Kahlon
Harleen launched Bolde in 2014 to inspire honest conversations about modern love, family dynamics, parenting, aging, personal growth and human behavior. She’s also the founder of Sweetn, Loopvana (coming soon), and Unmatched (coming soon)—a growing portfolio of digital platforms focused on the same thing: helping people navigate the complexities of modern life.
A former attorney and graduate of UC Berkeley and Yale Law School, Harleen is a psychology enthusiast who blends analytical thinking with a deep curiosity about human behavior. Over the past 20 years, she’s extensively studied mindset science, cognitive behavioral therapy, and performance coaching, exploring how people can stop internalizing setbacks and start making more empowered choices. Harleen also enjoys speaking about her own personal experiences as a single woman, a partner, a parent, and a friend, which she does regularly at events around NYC.

Growth & Strategy
Jason Mustian
Jason heads growth and strategy for Bolde. A 20-year digital media veteran, Y Combinator alum, and Webby Award-winning creator, he has founded and scaled some of the web’s most widely read independent publishers, including Distractify, Pleated-Jeans, Someecards, and more. He is also the author of Story of My F*cking Life, a popular mindfulness journal and Instagram account that takes a decidedly unfiltered approach to self-reflection and creativity.
A graduate of the College of William & Mary in Economics and Philosophy, Jason has spent two decades at the intersection of human behavior and digital media — studying what makes people click, share, and change. His background in behavioral economics, fueled by a deep curiosity about why people make the choices they do, and what it actually takes to make different ones. Jason is also certified personal trainer, and sees physical and psychological wellbeing as inseparable — the same frameworks that govern relationships and self-worth also determine whether we show up for ourselves in every other area of life.
