I’m lucky to have people who love me. Friends, family, coworkers, classmates, neighbors, and/or pets are wonderful sources of love in our lives. You are loved and your existence brightens people’s lives.

I choose to focus on my blessings. It’s super easy to get bogged down in everything that’s wrong or annoying in your day. Most people have to make a conscious effort to stay positive, and reminding yourself of everything you should be thankful for is an easy way to remain optimistic. It may not seem like a lot, but that’s why you have to try to focus on the positives.
I’m brave enough to ask for help if I need it. Asking for help is not a sign of weakness, it’s a sign of bravery. You’re courageous enough to ask for assistance when you need it, because you don’t have to handle everything entirely on your own.
There’s always coffee and music. When all else fails, grab some coffee, pull up your favorite song, and tackle life. You’ve got this.
