Generally speaking, if a guy is really interested in you, he won’t make you question it. But not everyone has the confidence to come right out and tell someone how they feel, and he could be crazy about you but scared to voice it. Either way, actions speak louder than words, so look out for these 12 signs that clearly show that you’re on his mind.
He sends you random messages throughout the day.
Those messages that you think mean nothing definitely mean something. If he sends you a link to a song, an article, or just something that he felt the need to share with you, that clearly shows that he’s always reminded of you. Even if he can’t say it to you, he wants you to know that he’s thinking about you and that speaks volumes about how he feels.
He remembers everything you tell him and makes an effort to show you that.
It goes way beyond remembering your birthday or what your favorite film is. He remembers that you like two spoonfuls of sugar in your coffee and when you have an interview coming up and sends you a text to wish you good luck. Even when you can’t remember what you’ve told him, he always does. He tries to remember all the little things about you because he genuinely cares.
He messages you first thing in the morning.
There’s probably no bigger sign that you’re on his mind than a good morning text. As soon as he wakes up, he reaches for his phone to talk to you, which shows that you’re the first thing he thinks about in the morning. He doesn’t want to start his day without speaking to you and if that doesn’t show you that he’s falling for you then nothing else will.
He notices new things about you and compliments you.
Let’s face it—a lot of guys won’t notice if you’ve had a haircut or if you’re wearing a new dress unless they’re really interested in you. If he notices the little things, he’s definitely got it bad.
He’s always finding a way to touch you even when you’re in public.
It doesn’t make a difference if you’re with a big group of people or if you’re on your own—his attention is always on you and he proves that by not being able to take his eyes, or his hands, off of you. It might simply be his hand on your back, but it shows that he wants you to know that he’s always there.
He makes excuses to see you.
Maybe you left your coat at work so he stopped by your house to drop it off or he was just passing by so he thought he would check in and see if you were okay. It’s pretty obvious that he’s just trying to find a reason to see you. Let’s be honest, he doesn’t have to tell you that you’re on his mind—his actions are proof of that.
He surprises you with things that he knows you’ll like.
If he hears you talking about a band you really want to see he’ll surprise you with concert tickets so you can go together even if he’s not a fan. That’s a good sign that he thinks about you a lot and wants to keep you happy.
He messages you when he’s out with his friends.
How do you know that a guy’s really got it bad for you? He still wants to talk to you even when he’s with his friends. He might tell you that he misses you, or he might not be so obvious about his feelings and he’ll send you updates on how his day is going and ask about yours as well. It’s the little things like that which really hint that you’re all he can think about.
He surprises you with a thoughtful gift.
Personalized gifts are really special and you don’t give them to someone unless you see them as an important person in your life, so if he gets you something personalized for your birthday or just as a random present then that’s a clear sign that his feelings for you are stronger than you think.
He invites you to go out with his friends or family.
When a guy introduces you to the other important people in his life that’s a big deal, so if he invites you to a family dinner or drinks with his friends, then that’s a good sign that he sees you as a special person. And above everything else, it shows that he wants to make you feel included and appreciated.
He takes a genuine interest in your life.
He wants to know everything there is to know about you. He wants to know about your childhood, your dream career, if you want children in the future, all of it. If it seems like he’s always asking you questions it’s because he wants to find out as much as he can about you so he can be the one to make you happy. Asking how your day has been and taking an interest in other aspects of your life is an obvious sign that you’re the most important thing on his mind.
