12 Signs A Guy Is Seriously Turned On By You

Sure, it’s probably pretty obvious when a guy is turned on by you, but there are some more subtle signs you may not be aware of that indicate he’s interested in getting to know you better and thinks you’re really hot. If you notice any of these signs, that generally means he’s feeling you.

  1. His face goes red when you’re talking. A guy who’s usually confident but now is blushing in your presence? Hmmm, that’s a delightful sign that he’s getting a little hot under the collar. You don’t even have to be saying anything suggestive or romantic for this to be the case, which is what makes it even more obvious.
  2. He’s the kind of the double entendre. It’s worth noting what he jokes about. If he makes sexual, double-meaning jokes or has Freudian slips a lot, that could be his way of showing you that he’s thinking about you in a sensual way and all the blood’s draining away from his brain to you-know-where…
  3. He hints that you’re his type. When talking about dating types, he basically describes you and focuses on your physical attributes. Wow, that’s definitely a sign he’s testing the waters to see how you’ll react. He’s sending out the signals, girl! It’d be nice of he actually came out and made a move, of course…
  4. He licks his lips. While you’re talking, is he staring at you while licking his lips? This is a sign that he’s turned on. Would be great to know what he’s thinking in that sexy head of his, but you can probably imagine. If he’s really bold, he might even bite his lip while looking at you. Rwoar! He’s keen to start smooching.
  5. He’s caught in the act of staring. You know when you’re chatting to someone else or busy doing something and your eyes flicker to the guy and it’s like his eyes are locked into you? Shivers. Of course, this can quickly turn creepy if he’s not careful, so here’s hoping it doesn’t come to that!
  6. He drops his voice. Something happens when a guy gets turned on and it’s in his voice. His voice might slow down and he might drag out his words in a more sensual way, but he’ll definitely lower his tone. He might even talk in an almost-whisper because it creates a sexy mood. It’s also a clever way to get you to lean in towards him so you can hear what he’s saying.
  7. His pupils are huge. Seriously, if his pupils are dilated when he looks at you, it’s usually a sign that he’s turned on. Of course, this can be difficult to spot if his eyes are very dark, but still. It’s worth trying to spot.
  8. He looks uncomfortable. If he’s got passion on the mind, he might look really uncomfortable. Maybe he’s huffing and puffing, running hands through his hair, or fidgeting a lot. Check what you were just talking about. Maybe the sexy flirting is getting to him more than he realizes.
  9. He’ll find any excuse to touch you. When you hand him a glass of beer, does he ensure that his fingers touch yours? When you crack a joke, does he touch your arm? When there’s a bit of a breeze, does he move hair out of your face? These are all ways in which he’s trying to get closer to you. A guy who’s interested will have silly reasons for touching you just so he can make skin-to-skin contact.
  10. He asks you sexy questions. If he’s feeling turned on, he might want to suss out where you’re at by asking you questions about what you like in bed or what your sexual fantasies are. It’s his way of moving the conversation into the realm of actually going back to your place.
  11. He shows you the goods. This might seem like a weird one, but some guys do this. When they’re turned on, they will sit facing you and spread their legs a bit. This can be a way of showing you what they have to offer, sure, but it’s also about being open to you – literally. And all this time you thought he just sat that way because he was comfortable!
  12. He can’t deal with what you do. When you take a big bite of the chocolate mousse you ordered for dessert, does he mumble under his breath or look away and blush? When you remove your jacket and he sees your low-cleavage dress, does he stare or look uncomfortable? Check how he reacts to the things you do that don’t seem like major moves in your mind – ultimately, when he reacts, it shows that he’s holding onto your every word and movement. He’s got it bad.
