14 Dancing Dogs Form Conga Line For Guinness World Record Guinness World Records

A German dog trainer bagged himself a Guinness World Record after he successfully managed to get 14 dogs to form a conga line. Wolfgang Lauenbruger trained the animals to get in line and prop themselves up to a standing position on the backs of the dog in front of them. It’s the longest dog conga line ever!

Lauenburger is no stranger to the Guinness World Record book, already having several titles under his belt. They include most ‘roll overs’ by a dog in one minute and most skips of a single rope by a dog and a person in one minute, among others. However, he truly outdid himself this time. With his 14-dog dance party, he far surpassed the 9-dog conga line record set by his very own daughter, Alexa Lauenbruger, in February 2022. She was only 14 years old at the time she set the record.

The incredible dogs who helped Wolfgang Lauenburger set this new record were Emma, Filou, Fin, Simon, Susy, Maya, Ulf, Speck, Bibi, Katie, Jennifer, Elvis, Charly, and Cathy.

Wolfgang Lauenburger is a skilled dog trainer

Getting dogs to form a conga line may seem like a relatively simple task. However, it takes a lot of organization, as well as a willingness of the dogs to cooperate by staying in one position for a long time. While it’s clear Lauenburger has a great relationship with his animals, that trust took a while to form. With decades of experience training animals, it’s no wonder he’s been so successful with setting records with the canines.

Lauenburger regularly posts photos and videos of his work with the animals on his Instagram account. He performs with his animals for adoring crowds in Germany on a regular basis. However, even more impressive than his ability to train the dogs is what the dogs themselves can do. They’re very eager to please and are truly capable of incredible things.
