  1. Dave and Aubrey are a “horror prop-making family.” That means they consider themselves professionals when it comes to freaky decor. However, their Stranger Things decoration just might be one of the scariest they’ve ever posted, and it’s certainly one of the most popular!
  2. If you’ve watched Stranger Things, you’ll get the reference. The decoration is a massive dummy of Max who’s floating in mid-air with nothing holding him there. It references a scene in which Max confronts Vecna, with the demon freezing her body and lifting it off the ground. Aubrey walks back and forth beneath the decoration, making the fact that the decor is floatin even more impressive.
  3. Fans are scared but impressed. Many wanted to know how the couple were able to make such an impressive decoration. “I need to know how she’s up there. Remind me when the reveal video is up please,” one person commented.
  4. Imagine if you’d never watched Stranger Things before! Anyone who passes by and sees this is going to be especially scary. “Imagine being a neighbor who didn’t watch Stranger Things,” while another joked: “Can you imagine someone driving by & seeing that, but they’ve never seen the show?!” one person remarked. “I can only imagine what would go through their head.” The idea has tickled Dave and Aubrey, who responded: “in conclusion, our neighbors who haven’t seen the show think we are just levitating our daughter.”
