Aldi Is Selling A Giant Ferrero Rocher This Christmas To Satisfy Your Chocolate Cravings Aldi

If you’re someone with good taste, chances are you can appreciate the nutty, chocolatey deliciousness of a nice Ferrero Rocher. Especially around the holidays, this tasty little gold foil-wrapped morsel is the perfect treat. Well, now Aldi has gone and created a giant Ferrero Rocher just in time for the holidays and if I’m being honest, it’ll be hard not to eat the whole thing in a single sitting.

  1. No, this isn’t a trick. I’ve fallen prey to this kind of sleight of hand before, where, say, you get a giant Lindt truffle except it’s not actually a giant truffle, it’s a hollow container full of mini truffles. However, this is the real deal! Aldi really has made a giant Ferrero Rocher that’s true to the original all the way through.
  2. It’s not quite like the original Ferrero Rocher is. All the flavors are there, but the giant version Aldi has made is actually a frozen dessert that contains a milk chocolate and hazelnut mousse as well as milk chocolate feuilletine and a cocoa sponge cake center. To top it all off, it’s covered with a Ferrero Rocher-type shell. You just take it out of the freezer and it’s ready to serve within an hour!
  3. Admittedly, it is only half of a Ferrero Rocher. Since this is a half-sphere, you can put it on a platter to serve at Christmas dinner (or, you know, on the coffee table on a Friday night when you’re looking for a sugar rush). I guess if you wanted to make it extremely true to life, you could simply smash two of them together and make a sphere? That might not stay in place, though…
  4. It’s not available just yet but it won’t be long now! If a giant Ferrero Rocher is your idea of a good time, you can head to Aldi from October 26 to grab yours. Sure, that’s way before Christmas, but why would you wait until December to chow down on something so tasty anyway? You wouldn’t, of course. Bon appetit!
