Amazon Driver Fired After He’s Caught On Camera With Woman Leaving His Van

An Amazon delivery driver is now looking for a new job after he was fired for a viral video showing a woman slipping out the back door of his truck, TMZ reports. The video, shot in Florida and posted on TikTok by @patrickhook01, left many wondering what could have been going on in the back of the vehicle between the driver and the woman.

  1. Hey, at least he held the door open for her. The woman coquettishly hops out of the back door of the van as the driver holds it open for her. What a gentleman!
  2. I think we all know why she was in the back of the truck. You can tell from the look on her face and the way she adjusts her clothing when leaving what was going on in the back of the truck. Of course, there’s no proof of that, per se, but it still breaks company policy. He’s supposed to be delivering packages, but I don’t think Amazon meant that kind of package!
  3. An Amazon rep issued a statement following the incident. “This does not reflect the high standards we have for our Delivery Service Partners and their drivers. Allowing unauthorized passengers to enter delivery vehicles is a violation of Amazon policy, and the driver is no longer delivering packages to Amazon customers,” the spokesperson said.
  4. No word on what the driver thinks. TMZ tried to contact him to hear his side of the story but has so far been unsuccessful. I’m sure he’ll come out with it one day!
