  1. It all comes down to face-mapping. This was the technology used by Dr. Julian De Silva from the Centre for Advanced Facial Cosmetic & Plastic Surgery in London. Face-mapping allows for the discovery of the most perfect face in the world as per the Greek Golden Ratio of Beauty, which stands at 1.618.
  2. Confused yet? The ratio of 1.618, known as ‘Phi,’ determines the perfect proportion of facial features taking the eyes, nose, lips, chin, and overall face into consideration to decide on scientific beauty.
  3. Heard’s face is up to scratch. Back in 2016, de Silva analyzed 12 key facial components and found that Heard came out with a 91.85% score to the Golden Ratio of Beauty Phi. “The Greeks discovered that the ratio occurs everywhere in nature and for thousands of years it has been thought to hold the secret formula of the world’s most beautiful faces,” he told US Weekly (via Unilad) back in 2016. While other celebrities had specific features that were close to perfection, Heard’s overall beauty topped the list after her “eyes, eyebrows, nose, lips, chin, jaw and facial shape were measured and 12 key marker points were analyzed.”
  4. There are some other beautiful women in Hollywood. During his research, de Silva discovered that Scarlett Johansson has the most perfect eyes, Emily Ratajkowski has the most perfect lips, and Kim Kardashian has the most perfect eyebrows. “The Phi ratio of 1.618 has long been thought to hold the secret for beauty, but now with the computer mapping we can calculate how it applies to real women,” de Silva explained.
