Applebee’s may not be the most prestigious restaurant out there, but it’s inexpensive, serves modestly decent food, and there’s usually something on the menu for everyone. I’m a fan, and if you’re not already, you will be when you hear that they’re offering $1 pomegranate margaritas all December long.
- Merry Dollarita to everyone! Admittedly, margaritas aren’t necessarily my go-to drink when I hit the bar, but I do enjoy them from time to time. The fact that Applebee’s is offering them for $1 is enough for me to make them a new fav, especially since they’re pomegranate-flavored.
- Prepare to get buzzed! Applebee’s margaritas are made with Triple Sec and tequila, so there’s double the chances of getting drunk, especially if you offer more than one of these puppies (and why wouldn’t you?). Add in your lime juice, your pomegranate juice, and your ice, and you have a delicious drink on your hands.
- If you’re going to get some food, you might as well indulge in a drink. Obviously this is only the case if you’re not the designated driver and/or you have alternate transportation home, since you should never get behind the wheel of a car when you’ve had alcohol. Assuming you’ve got that situation on lock, order a burger and fries or even some boneless wings along with a few of these margaritas and live your best Applebee’s life.
- This is only for the month of December, so you’ll need to be quick. I know there are more than three weeks left in the month, but Christmas is coming and things are always hectic this time of year, so if you’re not quick, you may forget all about heading down to Applebee’s for your $1 margaritas. Of course, the chain does always offer a $1 drink that rotates every month, but given how delicious these sound, I’d head over ASAP.
