These Baileys Irish Cream Chocolate Eggs Are The Perfect Adult Easter Treat

Easter candy tends to be geared towards kids, but why should they have all the fun? Grown-ups like treats too, and these Baileys Irish Cream Double Chocolate Luxe Mini Eggs are the perfect way for adults to get in on the seasonal celebrations. After all, who doesn’t love a bit of creamy booze with their sugar rush?

  1. If you love Baileys, these are a must-have. I’m not a big drinker in the slightest but I still enjoy an occasional glass of Baileys, especially when the weather starts to move towards spring. However, I am a big chocolate eater, so combining two delicious things in one is basically a no-brainer.
  2. Baileys Chocolate Mini-Eggs are the perfect seasonal treat. The mini eggs, which are dusted in edible gold, come in boxes of nine and are made of a hard chocolate outer shell that gives way to a deliciously creamy center that’s flavored with Baileys. Think of them as boozy truffles, in a way. What more do you need to know?
  3. Sorry kids, this one is for adults only. I mean, even the box states that these Baileys chocolate eggs are a “grown-up treat.” Kids get enough – leave this one for the big boys and girls. However, while these eggs do indeed contain real Baileys, I wouldn’t assume you’re going to get drunk off them or anything – there’s not quite that much alcohol involved.
  4. You can buy your own box now from Carrolls Irish Gifts. They run $12 per box, which more than reasonable, I’d say! While you’re there, why not pick up a Baileys Salted Caramel Chocolate Egg? This bad boy weighs nearly 8 oz. so you’ll be basking in chocolatey goodness. Carrolls has tons of yummy gifts for both Easter and just everyday enjoyment, so have a browse around (and no, this isn’t sponsored at all – I just love what they sell!).
