A Bulgarian woman recently underwent her 20th injection in a bid to achieve the world’s biggest lips. Andrea Ivanova, 22, started the treatments back in 2018 and has plowed thousands of dollars into getting the puffiest, plumpest mouth possible. Now, even after 20 injections, she’s still not done.

- Her last treatment was on April 28. Ivanova got her 20th hyaluronic lip injection at the end of last month and while she is happy with the results, she’s still not convinced that she’s achieved her original goal. “I like my new lips a lot, it was hard to eat after the injection and two to three days after the procedure gets more difficult. There are no restrictions to what I can eat,” she said. “I love [my lips]. I am not sure if they are the biggest lips in the world but they are one of the biggest, I think.”
- Ivanova thinks her lips are “lovely” and won’t listen to haters. While doctors have warned her that she’s gone too far and her lips are big enough, she says she’ll “stop at nothing” to make them bigger and bigger. “I feel great to have even more but some doctors think it’s enough. My doctor said he will do more injections for me but said I have to wait for at least two months,” she explained.
- Her lips are a big hit to her Instagram followers. Ivanova has more than 32,000 followers on the social media site and regularly posts selfies in which she shows off her lips. While the look certainly isn’t for everyone, there is no shortage of fans who love leaving positive comments telling her how great she looks.
- Ultimately, Ivanova is going to do what she wants to do. “I’m broad-minded and I think people should be free to choose which one is for them – big, bigger or too big,” she said. I think it’s safe to say that her 20th injection certainly won’t be her last, but so what? If that’s what makes her happy, I say more power to her.
