Chick-fil-A Has Bottled Their Sauces So You Can Make Your Own Chicken Sandwiches At Home Chick-fil-a

While Chick-fil-A has some pretty dodgy politics that makes me feel guilty every time I eat there, I can’t resist a delicious chicken sandwich every once in a while. (I know, I’m weak!) Part of what makes their food so good is the sauces it comes with, but now I feel a bit better that I may not have to set foot in one of their restaurants soon because Chick-fil-A is bottling their sauces.

  1. What’s your favorite sauce? Whether you prefer BBQ, Honey Mustard, Garden Herb Ranch, Polynesian, or classic Chick-fil-A sauce, Thrillist reports that all of them are being bottled as part of a pilot program in Florida and may soon head to supermarkets nationwide.
  2. For once, I wish I lived in Florida. From April, Floridians will be able to head to the likes of Publix, Walmart, and Winn-Dixie stores to pick up their favorite Chick-fil-A sauces in 16-oz. bottles. You’ll also apparently be able to get 8-oz. bottles as part of catering orders.
  3. All the money from sales go to supporting Chick-fil-A employees. That’s an idea we can all get behind! As the business said in a statement, “When you reach for that Chick-fil-A Bottled Sauce on the shelf of your favorite Florida retailer, know that you’re also supporting the dreams of Chick-fil-A restaurant Team Members. That’s because 100 percent of Chick-fil-A, Inc. proceeds from the retail sales of the 16-ounce Bottled Sauces will be donated to Chick-fil-A’s Team Member scholarship program, which will award $17 million to 6,700 Team Members in 2020.” Pretty awesome!
  4. What took them so long to do this? It’s the best idea ever and a way for customers to enjoy the deliciousness that is Chick-fil-A sauces from the comforts of their own home, so why not? It’s not as if it will keep people from visiting the actual restaurants in the chain (we still want the chicken, after all) but it allows us to enjoy it more often. I’ll take it!
