California Woman Says She Was Kicked Off Tinder For Being Too Attractive

A California woman has claimed that she was kicked off Tinder because of how hot she is. Holly Valentine, who boasts more than 1.5 million followers on her Instagram page, said that while all the profile photos she uploaded to the dating site were clean and totally abided by Tinder’s rules, she was immediately inundated with messages from people who believed her profile was fake and she soon got locked out.

  1. Holly Valentine just wanted to meet someone nice. For all the suggestive, sexy photos she posts on her Instagram page, Holly said that her Tinder profile pics were much more subdued because she’s rather shy when it comes to dating. However, her attractiveness was still too much for people to handle since they clearly didn’t believe a woman so beautiful existed!
  2. She got blocked from Tinder not long after. Once the messages began pouring in accusing Holly of being a fake, she soon found herself locked out of the app. When she deleted it and tried redownloading it to see if that would fix things, she was completely unable to sign in. Bummer!
  3. Holly even paid for Tinder’s most expensive package! “I travel a lot so I wanted to date and meet new people when I was traveling and in town, so I bought the most expensive package that they offer that lets you set your location to anywhere,” she recalled. “It’s like $86 which for an app is expensive! I used clean pictures, did everything I was supposed to, swiped right on a couple people, I got some matches and then started binge-watching Game of Thrones. Then after a couple hours I went back on saw a couple previews of messages and then got locked out of the app. The previews that I did see were ‘you’re probably not real,’ ‘why would a girl like you be on Tinder,’ ‘why won’t you answer!?!?’ I didn’t even get to meet anyone or even really use the app.”
  4. She did get a full refund but not an explanation. Tinder did give Holly Valentine her money back, but they didn’t bother to explain why she was blocked from the app or offer any help at all. That sucks!
  5. At the end of the day, she insists she’s just your regular girl next door. “I’m all-natural, very fit, blonde, girl next door looking. I do have a nerdy side and I’m not afraid to show it but depending on the wardrobe or makeup I can go from looking like an all-natural college girl or a bombshell,” she explained.  “I’m extremely real and people know that the first second. When people meet me in real life the first thing they say is ‘you’re exactly the same in real life.’ A lot of people are going for the ‘girl next door’ vibe but that’s just who I am.” Fair enough! Hopefully she’s able to find love soon!
