Cat With Split-Color Face Fathers Adorable Kittens In Each Color

All animals are beautiful and special, but sometimes one comes along that’s just a little more unique. Narnia stole the internet’s collective heart back in 2018 when his owner, Stephanie Jiminez, signed him up to Instagram. Since then, the kitty with the half black, half gray face has not only become a veritable celebrity pet, he’s also become a dad to some adorable kittens in each of his colors!

  1. Narnia is loving being a dad. Bored Panda spoke to Narnia’s owner, who assured the publication that Narnia has risen to the task of fatherhood and “he loves playing with his kittens.” The little ones are called Prada and Phoenix.
  2. This isn’t Narnia’s first litter. Stephanie is actually a professional breeder and says that Narnia has had a lot of kittens already, all of which are different colors. There are two light brown twins, Orfée and Ozanna, a black cat named Roswell, gray Rose, and two multicolored male cats called Polaris and Phantom. Narnia gets around!
  3. The new kittens haven’t inherited their dad’s bright blue eyes. While Narnia has striking, ice-blue eyes, neither Prada nor Phoenix have inherited them. However, the previous litters of kittens have!  “It is very rare, there are only a few cats in the world that are fully colored and have blue eyes. This is a new gene called ‘ice,'” Stephanie said.
  4. Narnia is going to have more kittens too! Apparently his next litter is due to be born around June 29, so there’s no rest for the wicked, it looks like! I’m sure Narnia will be a great daddy cat to those babies too.
  5. As beautiful as Narnia’s kittens are, it’s important to highlight adoption. There are so many beautiful kittens and adult cats out there that are in need of homes and humans to give them lots of love and hugs. While Stephanie has a beautiful family of kitties on her hands and they certainly are unique, if you are looking for a new pet, please look into adoption first.
