These Colored Pencil Nails Will Bring Out Your Inner Artist

Now that a lot of us are working from home, we’re free to get a lot more liberal with our personal fashion choices. That means if you want to wear crazy clothes or try out a new hairstyle, why shouldn’t you? In fact, I’d even go so far as to say you should try out these colored pencil nails which don’t just look insane, they actually work. Time to let your inner artist out!

  1. These are truly a creation. Posted by nail artist extraordinaire @nail_sunny, these colored pencil nails start with a basic (well, fancy but only using normal nail police) polish job, but then things get nuts when the colored pencils came out. After cutting the tips off, the wax coloring tips are glued under the nails making these actual artistic tools!
  2. They’re not exactly practical. Admittedly, if you work on a computer and need to use your hands for, well, anything but drawing I suppose, you probably won’t get much use out of colored pencil nails. However, they’re worth the effort for the Instagram pics alone, I would say. Don’t you think?
  3. They’re definitely creative. Not only are they unusual, but they’re actually kind of brilliant. They offer a fun bit of color and whimsy and I think we can use a bit more of both of those things after how terrible 2020 has been.
