  1. Jesperson killed at least eight women between 1990 and 1995. While he was only charged for and convicted of those eight murders, he claimed after his arrest that he’d actually murdered up to 185 people.
  2. Moore shared some of her father’s prison letters on TikTok. Last month, Moore took to the platform to discuss one of the letters he father wrote to her from his Oregon prison cell. “Remember most of all daughter, I never stopped loving you,” he wrote. While that sounds sweet, it wasn’t at all.
  3. Her father was a horrible, vindictive man. In addition to being a killer, he wasn’t even a good parent. Moore shared that the letter in question came with a photo of her on her wedding day last July that he must have gotten from her Instagram account. “In the letter he says I’m fat and my husband is fat,” Moore revealed. She went on to say that he told her that her marriage would fail.
  4. It’s unclear whether or not Moore ever responded to her father. It must be difficult to be the daughter of a serial killer, and Moore has said in other posts that her father’s crimes seriously affected her. She admitted that after her father was caught, she had to switch schools and tried to keep what he did secret. “It was a huge secret that I wanted to remain that way. In 1995 after my dad’s arrest, I was deeply embarrassed and ashamed,” she said. She added that she still attends therapy regularly. It’s clear he’s left her with many scars, but she seems to be proactive in trying to heal them.
