Dunkin’ Donuts has been leading the coffee game for a while now, and that’s largely because of their delicious flavor syrups. While it’s always nice to head into an actual store so you can pick up some donuts while you’re there, Dunkin’s Swirl flavor syrups are reportedly going to be available in stores later this year.
- There will be four different flavors for all your sweet coffee needs. Dunkin’s flavor syrups are available in Mocha, Caramel, Vanilla, and Hazelnut, just like you’re used to in-store. The only trouble here is figuring out which one to use first!
- You can use Dunkin’s flavor syrups to control your sweetness. While you can totally tell your Dunkin’ barista that you want one or two pumps of a particular syrup in your drink, I’m sometimes of the opinion that if you want something done right, it’s always good to do it yourself. Being able to add as much as you’d like to your morning coffee is always a good thing.
- They’ll go perfect with Dunkin’ coffee. What’s great is that now that they’re releasing these flavor syrups in stores, you can create the full Dunkin’ experience from the comfort of your home. Just brew up your favorite Dunkin’ coffee, add your syrup of choice, mix it up, and you’re golden. Lattes, frapps, or anything else you can think of, you can make (a version of) in your own kitchen, which is pretty sweet.
- No word on when these will be on store shelves. Sadly, the release of Dunkin’ Swirls flavor syrups is only rumored at this point and there’s no official release date (at least not publicly announced). “Sometime this year” is the best we get (according to Instagrammer @candyhunting), so I suppose we’ll just have to keep our eyes peeled when we’re out at the supermarket.
