An elderly Florida man was arrested after he allegedly exposed his genitals to horrified shoppers while riding a scooter around a Walmart store. Officers from the Chiefland Police Department were called to the store after 80-year-old Hoyt Neeley was seen riding around “with a hole in the crotch area of his pants.” I think you can use your imagination when it comes to figuring out what that hole was for.
- This wasn’t accidental exposure. While you might hope that Neeley was unaware of the hole in his pants and wasn’t purposely trying to show off his wares, you’d be wrong. According to a police statement, “The subject would then pull his sexual organ through that hole, fondling and exposing it to victims.” Pardon me while I vomit!
- This wasn’t the first time he’s done it. Authorities revealed that there had been previous complaints about Neeley exposing himself inside the same Walmart store using the same methods, but that it wasn’t until this week that the perpetrator had been positively identified as Neeley. Thank goodness!
- Neeley was booked into the Levy County Jail. After he was arrested, he was booked for indecent exposure but was released a few hours later. It’s unclear if he will face serious charges or how he intends to plead.
- Police warned the public to be vigilant. In the statement, Chiefland Police urged the public to always be on the lookout for inappropriate activity so they can report it to the relevant authorities. “We would like to remind the public to always be aware of your surroundings everywhere you go, even in our small community,” they said.
