Elderly Florida Woman Threw Burger King Whopper At Employee Because Of The Thickness Of The Sliced Tomato Sumter County Jail

A 77-year-old Florida woman was arrested earlier this month after an altercation at her local Burger King near The Villages. According to an arrest report obtained by The Smoking Gun, Judith Black became unruly because she was unhappy with the size of the sliced tomato on her Whopper. This led her to go back to the front counter and begin hurling racial slurs at the employees as well as the sandwich itself and ended with Black in cuffs.

  1. We’ve all had a messed up fast food order before. While most of us don’t complain when our orders don’t look quite like they do in advertisements, it’s fair enough that Black wasn’t happy with the tomato on her Whopper (though it’s unclear whether she wanted a thicker slice or a thinner one). It can be annoying, especially if you’re hungry and were really looking forward to that particular item. Still, her response was completely out of line!
  2. Black let her racism show. When Black approached the counter in a rage, the employee told her that she wouldn’t be able to help unless the customer calmed down. When the worker turned her back, that’s when Black threw the sandwich, which hit the employee in the back of the neck. In addition to throwing the food, Black also told the female worker, “Shut up you black bitch.” Not only that, but she used the N-word before leaving the restaurant with her husband. The racism and entitlement here is on another level.
  3. She pretty much admitted everything. Police interviewed Black and she said that she was “upset about the thickness of the tomato on the sandwich and confronted the victim at the counter,” resulting in her throwing the sandwich. She also admitted calling the cashier a “stupid black bitch” and a “black n***er” and saying “f**k you black n***ers” before leaving the establishment. Holy s**t!
  4. Black ended up being charged with a felony. Because she used racially charged language, Black’s charges went from misdemeanor battery to a felony. She was booked into Sumter County jail on $2500 bond and was released after a few hours behind bars.
