Engaged Woman Sold Crack And Heroin To Raise Money For Honeymoon

An engaged woman took to selling narcotics in order to raise money for her honeymoon, it has been reported. Terrie Renwick, 28, “resorted back to” dealing crack and heroin in order to get cash together for a lavish vacation after she and her husband-to-be exchanged vows, but now she’ll be spending time behind bars instead.

  1. She was caught red-handed. An ex-plumber turned police officer found Renwick with her arm down a toilet after the woman flushed a load of drugs on July 16. After going through the sewage system, cops were able to find an insane 220 wraps of heroin and crack cocaine from an external pipe, the Echo reveals.
  2. She flushed the drugs on the day a previous sentence ended. Terrie Renwick was still serving out a previous sentence for Class A drugs that ended the very day she was caught flushing the new supply of drugs. During the raid on her home in Warrington, police also found about $280 in cash, two different cell phones, and a taser kept in a kitchen cabinet.
  3. This time, she’s headed to prison. After appearing in Liverpool Crown Court, a judge handed Renwick a four-year prison sentence due to her repeated offenses. The drugs recovered this time were found to be worth about $3200 and she was charged with two counts of possession with intent to supply class A drugs and possession of a taser.
  4. Looks like she won’t be saying “I do” anytime soon. I can’t imagine it was worth it! I also don’t believe that Renwick went back to dealing drugs to “raise money for a honeymoon” given that she had a history of the same behavior long before she was engaged. Not like it would have gotten her a lighter sentence even if the court had believed it, but I suppose it was a nice try.
