An unnamed Florida man got a holiday gift this year that he never asked for in the form of a home intruder who woke him up by sucking his toes. While the victim confronted the foot-loving burglar, he was ultimately able to get away before he was arrested.
- That’s one way to wake up! The 20-year-old victim, who lives in Bradenton, Florida, was asleep in his bed on Christmas Eve when he says that he was awakened by the sensation of someone sucking his toes. “The victim asked the suspect what [he] was doing and told [him] that he did not have any money,” an officer wrote in the police report. “The suspect told him [he] was there to suck toes.”
- The toe sucking was quickly brought to a halt. The victim didn’t take too kindly to being assaulted in his own home and immediately sprung into action against the intruder. “The victim proceeded to punch the suspect in the mouth and force [him] out of the bedroom and outside into the yard,” the report reads. “While he was forcing [him] out, the suspect told the victim that [he] had a gun and then attempted to fondle the victim’s genital area. The gun was never seen during the altercation.” The victim apparently continued to punch the suspect in the face for roughly 30 seconds before calling police.
- The toe sucking intruder wasn’t going to give up without a fight. After being thrown out of the victim’s house, the suspect is said to have punched in the glass in the man’s front window as well as stomping on his car windshield until it broke before running off into the night. What the hell?
- The suspect still hasn’t been caught. The Smoking Gun claims it’s spoken with the victim who described the suspect as a black man between the ages of 20 to 25 standing at about 5’11”. The victim said that in addition to being sexually assaulted by the suspect, his home and car also suffered roughly $1,000 worth of damage.
- The Manatee County Sheriff’s Office is still searching for him. DNA evidence was collected from the victim’s toes but so far, police are coming up short in identifying and finding the suspect. Here’s hoping he’s caught before he breaks in and sucks more toes!
