Florida Woman Arrested For Attacking Father Over His Constant Farting Pinellas County Sheriff's Office

A Florida woman was arrested for attacking her father for farting too much. Largo resident Nicole Dozois, 40, lives with her 59-year-old father, who apparently has a bit of a gas problem. It was at about 2 a.m. on Sunday, August 23 that things came to a head, with Dozois physically attacking her father over the noxious fumes emanating from his backside, The Smoking Gun reports.

  1. Dozois punched her dad “numerous times” in the face. All that wind meant that Dozois “became angry” and launched her attack on her dad, with whom she shares a bedroom for some reason. When police reported to the house, they found the father had sustained “a bloodied left eye and scratches all over his neck as a result” of Dozois’ attack.
  2. She was arrested for domestic battery and taken to the Pinellas County jail. She was charged with a misdemeanor but pleaded not guilty. Not long after, she was released without bail. Further action is pending, but no further court date has been sent.
  3. Nicole Dozois has been ordered to stay away from her father. It’s unclear where she’ll be staying now, but she won’t be able to stay at home with her father, that’s for sure. A judge ordered her to have no contact with him. At least she won’t have to smell his farts anymore?
  4. This isn’t her first arrest, unsurprisingly. She was also arrested back in 2018 for allegedly punching her sister in the head, though no charges were filed in that case. She also has theft convictions on her record as well as probation violations, so it’s clear she has some issues. Maybe she can use this time away from the family home to seek some help for her anger issues and maybe even get her own house? It can’t be good as a grown woman sharing a bedroom with your father, but this Florida we’re talking about…
