Florida Woman Arrested For Breaking Sink Off Wall During Public Restroom Sexcapades

A Florida woman was arrested after she caused roughly $500 in damages at a local restaurant while having sex in the establishment’s restroom. Kathryn Trammel, 37, was “being intimate” with a friend when she broke a sink off the wall at Irish 31 in Seminole, The Smoking Gun reports.

  1. The staff asked them to leave. An arrest affidavit revealed that Trammel and her gentleman caller were asked to leave after staff members discovered them getting down and dirty in the bathroom. “The defendant and her friend then left the bathroom and sat at the bar,” a sheriff’s deputy reported.
  2. At that point, she hadn’t even broken the sink. After sitting at the bar for a while, Trammel and the friend went back to the bathroom and got back into it, at which point the sink was damaged. Staff members called police, who arrived on the scene shortly after.
  3. Trammel was arrested and admitted everything. Police say that after being read her rights, Trammel said that “her friend and herself were being intimate in the bathroom and as a result, caused the sink to break.” However, she refused to offer further “explanation for how the sink was damaged.” I think we get the picture.
  4. Trammel was charged and released. After the restaurant’s owner said he wanted to press charges, Trammel was charged with criminal mischief, which is a misdemeanor. She was later released on her own recognizance.  It doesn’t appeal that her lover faced any charges.
