Got An iPhone? You Need These Accessories For It, Trust Me

There are two types of people in this world: Android users and iPhone users. If you’re loyal to Apple’s smartphone offering, you definitely need these accessories to have the best possible experience with your device.

Popsockets Collapsible Grip & Stand for iPhone – $9.99

Who hasn’t smacked themselves in the face with their phone when using it in bed? Avoid this altogether by using a Popsocket, which gives you a way to hold onto your phone with one hand without the risk of dropping it. Not only that, but they particularly come in handy for those of us with iPhone Plus or X, since the bigger size of the device can make it harder to grip. I love mine and wouldn’t be without it. (If being fancy is more your style, you can even get a “diamond” one here!)

Lamicall Phone Dock/Stand – $7.99

Sure, you could just set your phone on your desk or bedside table to let it charge, but it’s tidier/more convenient (especially if you’re using Spotify or watching something on your phone) to have it on a stand. This one is cheap and cheerful and is one of my favorite accessories.

Speck Gemshell Phone Case – $13.95

Whenever I see people walking around with bare, case-less iPhones, I seriously cringe inside and wonder how they can walk on the wild side. Phones are expensive – you NEED a case, especially if you’re clumsy and drop it a lot. I’ve always used Speck cases as I’ve found them to be the best at protecting not just the edges of my phone but the screen as well. Even if it lands face-down, the edges of the case keep my screen protected.

DeFitch 3D Phone Screen Protector – $7.99

Speaking of protecting your screen, it really does pay to be cautious. These screen protectors go on easily, stay on long-term, and go a long way in ensuring that your phone screen remains crack-free. What more do you need to know?

Yootech Wireless Charging Pad – $13.99

If plugging your phone in feels too restrictive, why not set it on a charging pad? It feels super futuristic to do things this way, and considering how inexpensive it is (and how well it works), I’m all for it. I keep this on my desk while working and just pop my phone on when it needs a top-up.

Caw.Car Magnetic Phone Car Mount – $20.96

We’re pretty much attached to our phones wherever we go, and while we definitely should NOT be looking at the phone while we’re driving around, it is important to have it handy for when we’re stopped safely and want to change the music, answer a text, etc. Instead of dropping it on the passenger seat or leaving it in the cup holder, this mount lets you have it in your line of sight for when you’re Google Map-ping your way on a road trip.

Amazon Basics Double Braided Nylon Lightning USB Cable – $11.99

I go through so many lightning USB cables. I travel with them, I keep them in multiple rooms, etc. That’s why it’s a good idea to have extra on hand at all times so you’re not caught out. I even keep one in my bag in case I need to charge my phone on the go.

Lightning to 3.5mm Headphone Adapter (2 pack) – $10.98

It’s great that Apple has consolidated its jacks, but if you lose/break your lightning-equipped headphones, buying new ones is expensive and annoying (especially if you don’t want to use Apple’s earbuds). Thankfully, there’s an adapter for that.

PryntPocket Instant Photo Printer For iPhone – $89.99

If you’ve ever thought it’d be great to have one of your Instagram photos in real life, now you can with PryntPocket. It’s a little expensive but for the instant gratification element, I think it’s totally worth it.

Xenvo Pro Lens Kit for iPhone – $39.99

If you fancy yourself a bit of an amateur photographer, you probably take a lot of pics with your phone. The iPhone does come equipped with a pretty solid camera, but if you want options to take higher quality photos, you should get an external lens. This is the one I use and I’m really pleased with it.

Letscom Bluetooth Headphones – $19.95

I use these every day at the gym and they’ve never let me down. The sound quality is great, they pair effortlessly every time, and the charge lasts forever (plus they don’t take that long to charge when they do need it). I can’t recommend them enough.
