This Hotel Has A Rosé Robot That Delivers Wine Right To Your Door

When you’re staying at a hotel, whether for business or pleasure (remember that?!), there’s nothing better than kicking back in a comfy oversized bed, putting the TV on, and relaxing with a nice glass of wine. However, if you don’t fancy ringing room service or waiting around for them to bring it to your room, you might be interested in having a rosé robot delivering it for you.

Rosé Robot

  1. The rosé robot operates at Hotel Trio. The Marriott extended stay affiliate hotel, in Healdsburg, California in Sonoma Valley, is the home of the rosé robot, which brings wine right to your door on demand. In the words of the great Liz Lemon, “I want to go to there.”
  2. This is how you do social distancing. Given that coronavirus is still very much an issue, social distancing is as important as ever. This is why the wine robot is so handy. You can still get your drinks without actually having to come face to face with another human being. Sounds good to me!
  3. Is there anything Rosé the Robot can’t do? The robot is so clever that it can navigate hallways and elevators and make its way to rooms on demand without any help from humans. How smart is that?
  4. The robot doesn’t just deliver wine. As you can imagine, this kind of technology can come in handy in bringing hotel guests anything they would need. Rosé the Robot will bring you everything from snacks and toiletries to extra towels or even a toothbrush or something you’ve forgotten. Pretty sweet!
  5. This clever little lady has been around since 2018. However, she’s gotten even more popular thanks to the need for social distancing, especially since she can be sanitized after every delivery. “For guests who prefer contactless deliveries, Rosé provides them with peace of mind as she can deliver items to their suite” Trio General Manager Scott Satterfield said in a press release. Sounds good to me!
