This Inflatable Irish Pub Will Make You Feel Like You’re Actually Leaving The House

Considering everything going on in the world right now, it’s likely going to be a while before you can head back out to your favorite bar or pub. However, that doesn’t mean you need to sadly drink bottles of Budweiser on your couch as you harken back to better days. If you set up this inflatable pub in your back yard, you can feel like you’re back in the good ol’ days again!

  1. Self-isolation whomst? Sure, you may not be able to invite all of your friends over to enjoy time in the inflatable pub, but if you’re self-isolating with a partner, friend, or your family members, you can all have some drinks together in it. It’s a great way to feel like you’re actually getting out of the house, even if you’re only a few feet from it.
  2. It’s 33 feet tall! Is it as big as an actual Irish pub? No, but this inflatable version comes pretty close. It’s extremely spacious inside and even has a fake fireplace to give it that authentic pub feel. The only thing that’s missing is the sticky tables and the sassy bartender, but you can take on that role.
  3. It’s like an adult bouncy castle. Since the pub is inflatable, you can go in with just your socks on and still get service. You can also bounce around a bit and have fun with it. What’s the point of having something like this if you’re not going to have fun with it?
  4. You can rent this particular one from Pub Paddywagon. It’s a Boston-based business that rents out the incredible structure for parties, weddings, and other events. When this whole nightmare is over, you can even hire staff with your inflatable pub who are “certified and seasoned in the time-honored trade of the traditional Publican.” It’ll cost you about $435 to start with, but that doesn’t include food and drinks, so it could get sorta pricy.
  5. If you want the inflatable pub to be a more permanent affair, you could always buy one. There’s one for sale on Amazon for about $3,500 which seems like a lot of money but is actually kind of a bargain for something you can use for life. It’s not quite as cool inside as the Pub Paddywagon, but it’ll do in a pinch.
