While getting drunk is a fun activity in and of itself. You don’t really need to do anything but down the drinks to have a good time, but it can get a little samey sometimes. That’s why adding in drinking games is so much fun, and Jell-O-shot Jenga may just be the best one ever.
- Why didn’t someone think of this sooner? The idea of putting Jell-O shots inside of wooden Jenga pieces just seems like a natural fit. You pull out a lucky piece, you get to drink. Genius! While this does take some handiwork to actually craft, I’m still shocked no one has tried this before!
- Not everyone will get lucky, however. While the Jenga set contains 54 pieces, only 15 of them will hide Jell-O shots. That means you have to hope you pick one of the good ones if you want to get drunk anytime soon, which adds a whole new layer of entertainment to the game.
- The set comes from Etsy seller StonePointWoodwork. It’s clear they’re masters at woodworking because this Jenga set is incredible. “Fifteen of the blocks in this tower contains single holes for Jello shots and five of the blocks contain double holes,” reads the item description. “Pull the block with the shot/shots and you take them or share with a friend!” You don’t need to do anything to convince me here – I’m sold!
- It comes with everything you need to get started. Brian Calteaux from Winona, MN, the man behind StonePointWoodWork, has included pretty much everything but the alcohol in the set, from the Jell-O shot cups with lids to a recipe card and game rules in addition to the Jenga pieces themselves. There’s a one-shot version for $79 and a two-shot version for $89, so take your pick.
