Johnny Depp Suffers From Erectile Dysfunction, Court Documents Claim

Johnny Depp suffers from erectile dysfunction, at least according to lawyers for Amber Heard. Attorneys made the claim in court documents filed in response to Depp’s defamation suit against his ex-wife. While the claims were not permissible as evidence, the files were unsealed earlier this week and contained some damning accusations on both sides.

  1. Heard’s lawyers claimed Depp’s inability to get it up affected his behavior. In the March 28 filing, Page Six reports that Heard stated she believed that Depp’s alleged erectile dysfunction could have contributed to his violent behavior. “Though Mr. Depp would rather not disclose his erectile dysfunction condition, such condition absolutely is relevant to sexual violence, including Mr. Depp’s anger and use of a bottle to rape Amber Heard,” the filing stated.
  2. It’s no wonder Depp was such a jealous guy. Heard’s attorneys went on to say that Depp’s apparent problem with getting it up made it “more probable” that he would become “angry or agitated” with Heard and cause him to “resort to a bottle.” Heard has always maintained that Depp forcibly penetrated her with a liquor bottle and threatened to “carve up” her face during a fight in March 2015.
  3. Heard’s claims of rape were extremely serious. The alleged incident happened in Australia during the same altercation that led to the tip of Depp’s finger being cut off. “I didn’t know if the bottle he had inside me was broken,” Heard said of the assault. “I couldn’t feel it. I couldn’t feel anything.” She admitted that she did not seek medical attention.
  4. Depp has not responded to claims that he has erectile dysfunction. This isn’t particularly surprising as neither Depp nor Heard have commented on the information contained in the unsealed court documents. The documents also claimed that Depp takes Cialis for his erectile dysfunction and Valtrex for herpes.
