Johnny Depp threatened to “slice off” Elon Musk’s manhood in rage-fuelled texts as he believed the Tesla mogul had an affair with his ex-wife Amber Heard, a Virginia courtroom heard on Friday. The texts were admitted to evidence as part of his ongoing $50 million defamation trial against Heard over a 2018 Washington Post Op-Ed she wrote describing herself as a “public figure representing domestic violence.”

- The messages were sent to former Depp associate Christian Carino. Any responses potentially sent by Carino, Lady Gaga’s former fiancee, were omitted, but Depp’s angry message was shown in full. “I’ll show him things he’s never seen before like the other side of his d**k when I slice it off,” Depp wrote of Musk, who he derisively referred to as “Mollusk.”
- It was Heard who was the real focus of Depp’s rage. In the August 2016 texts, Depp claimed that Heard, who had just sought and received a restraining order against the Pirates of the Caribbean star, was “begging for total global humiliation” and “she’s gonna get it.”
- However, Musk was a huge target for Depp. The actor seemingly wanted to challenge Musk to some kind of duel, writing: “Let’s see if mollusk has a pair… Come see me face to face…. I’ll show him things he’s never seen before… Like, the other side of his d**k when I slice it off…”
- Depp admitted he’d stop at nothing to destroy Heard. He wrote in the foul texts: “I have no mercy, no fear and not an ounce of emotion, or what I once thought was love for this gold-digging, low level, dime a dozen, mushy, pointless dangling overused flappy fish market… I’m so f—ing happy she wants to fight this out!!! She will hit the wall hard!!! And I cannot wait to have this waste of a c– guzzler out of my life!!!”
- He went so far as to wish Heard was dead. After referring to his former wife as a “50 cent stripper,” Depp added: “I wouldn’t touch her with a goddam glove. I can only hope that karma kicks in and takes the gift of breath from her.” He added that he would “stop at nothing” when it came to enacting his revenge against her.
