Judge Judy Says Former Neighbor Justin Bieber Was ‘Scared To Death’ Of Her

Judge Judy has claimed that Justin Bieber was “scared to death” of her when they were neighbors. Talking to Access Hollywood, Judy Sheindlin said the singer avoided her like the plague when they lived next door to each other after she called out his bad behavior as a teenager.

  1. Bieber was known for doing some pretty stupid things. From egging his neighbor’s house to driving at 136mph in his Lamborghini, Justin Bieber’s behavior in his late teens and early 20s was pretty bad, and Judge Judy had her say about it. This was enough to put Beiber off her for good.
  2. What exactly did Judge Judy say about him that was so bad? After his DUI arrest in 2014, she told CBS Los Angeles: “Being a celebrity is a gift. You could either treat it reverently or you could make a fool out of yourself. And he’s doing a very good job of making a fool out of himself. I think it’s sad. And nobody’s going to remember that he was a marginal singer. But they’re going to remember a young kid who had a chance to have it all and who is blowing it by acting like a fool.” That sounds like a pretty reasonable statement! However, it was enough to upset Bieber.
  3. Bieber would go out of his way to avoid her at all costs. “He’s scared to death of me,” Scheindlin, 80, said of living next door to him. “There was a period of time before he grew up — when he was foolish, and doing foolish things.”
  4. He would even keep track of her schedule so they never ran into each other. Scheindlin said she found out that he was having his security spy on her so that he never had any awkward run-ins with her. “I must have said something about it, and then, I understood that he was paying the front door people to let them know when I was there, coming and going, so he wouldn’t have to bump into me,” she revealed with a laugh.

Needless to say, they’re no longer neighbors. However, it’s unclear if Bieber moved to get away from Judge Judy. That would be pretty hilarious!
