The Keurig Of Cocktails Is Here To Serve All Your Favorite Boozy Drinks On Demand

My Keurig machine is one of my most used and most beloved possessions. Every morning, I pop in a pod, fill up a cup of coffee, and get my day started, and I return to that little black contraption several more times a day. I’ve often wished there was a similar thing for alcoholic drinks, and now there is because the Drinkworks Home Bar by Keurig is available and it makes cocktails on demand!

  1. It’s pretty much exactly like the regular Keurig machine. You drop in a pod, push the lever down, make sure there’s a glass under the spout, and let the cocktails flow. The Drinkworks machine pops out the drink you want all ready to go, cool where necessary and with carbonation. It’s literally a miracle.
  2. Keurig and Drinkworks are giving us plenty of cocktails to choose from. Pods for the machine are available in tons of flavors including White Russian, Whiskey Sour, Old Fashioned, Moscow Mule, Margarita, Mojito, Long Island Iced Tea, Cuban Daiquiri, and Cosmopolitan. The only issue is deciding which flavor to try first.
  3. Of course, there are some environmental issues. Some people might take umbrage with the idea of the machine’s pods not being recyclable, but Keurig and Drinkworks are going a long way to ensure that your cocktail trash doesn’t end up in landfills by offering an upcycling program. That being said, they do want to make their pods eligible for curbside recycling within the next 5 years.
  4. It was previously only available in certain states. However, as of June 11, you can buy your own Drinkworks Home Bar by Keurig online and get ready to have cocktails on tap (or, you know, in pods) in no time. The machine itself will run you $299 while packs of 4 drink pods are anywhere between $14.99 and $18.99. Sounds like a bargain to me! Find out more on the Drinkworks website HERE.
