There’s no shade in saying that the Kardashian/Jenner clan isn’t known for being “real,” by any stretch of the word. With a plastic surgeon basically on speed dial, the reality TV family has made an entire career out of turning themselves into whatever the idea of the ideal woman happens to be at the time. They’re nipped, tucked, smoothed over, and edited within an inch of their lives to embody perfection, and they’re damn good at it. Perhaps that’s why Khloe Kardashian is getting praise for posting an “unedited” pic of her body in which you can see a bit of cellulite.
Many have dubbed Khloe, 38, as “brave” for sharing the bikini photo. In the post, which shows multiple angles of the same shot, she can be seen leaning against a wall and posing with one leg straight and flexed and the other bent to get the right angle. It’s clearly been staged to be as flattering as possible (hey, we’re all guilty of that!), but that’s also down to Kendall Jenner, who helped out. “When your sister knows your angles,” Khloe captioned the post.
Did Khloe Kardashian really post an unedited pic?
Of course, Khloe Kardashian didn’t market the shot as an unedited pic. That’s down to her followers, who insist she looks much more natural and unfiltered in the shots. “My gorgeous gorgeous girl!” one fan wrote. Another added, “Is it just me or do the pictures actually look untouched/unedited?”
Many of Khloe’s followers loved that they could see some “texture” on her skin as it made the star feel more real to them. “I love that this is raw and shows that she’s got some texture and cellulite! It’s always refreshing when Celebs don’t over-edit their photos. MORE of this,” the fan posted.
Khloe Kardashian is known for posting the opposite of unedited pics, though her sisters are just as guilty. Many of their images shared on social media have been edited so badly as to look comically unrealistic. Back in October 2022, Khloe herself shared a photo wearing a black dress that was the victim of a terrible Photoshop job. She later took the image down, claiming it was never supposed to be released and that her team was at fault.
“I never even posted this photo. Maybe my glam did but I didn’t. Also, I mean…. The bent lines in the back lol please,” she wrote on Twitter.
