I know the LaCroix hype has calmed down a bit, but I’m still obsessed with it. It’s helped me break my Diet Coke addiction and still gives me that fizzy hit of flavor that plain water just doesn’t provide. I have my favorite flavors, of course – Peach-Pear is a big one and the Passionfruit flavor is another good one, though I do love them all – but now that LaCroix has three new flavors for summer, I might have to revise that list.
- First up, there’s Beach Plum. As you can imagine, this one has a plum flavor to it, which should provide a nice change to the rest of the offerings in their line. Plums can be quite sweet when they’re ripe but also provide a bit of tartness in several bites, so it’ll be interesting to see how this flavor is balanced by LaCroix.
- Guava São Paulo sounds like it might be my favorite. Perhaps no flavor says summer quite like guava. It makes me imagine being on a beach on a beautiful tropical island, sipping a drink (LaCroix, perhaps?) and enjoying the heat and sun. This one will definitely be at the top of my list.
- Finally, there’s Black Razzberry. If you’ve never had a black raspberry, you’re missing out. There’s somewhat sweeter and have a greater depth of flavor than regular raspberries and they’re a real treat when they’re in season in summer. This is another unexpected yet totally welcome addition to LaCroix’s lineup and I’m totally here for it.
- LaCroix’s new flavors are already in stores. You can find them wherever you usually buy your fav seltzer, though it’s unclear at the moment whether these are limited edition flavors or they’ll be sticking around for the long haul. Either way, they’re well worth trying and enjoying – I know I’ll be grabbing some ASAP!
