Cheese is delicious. I’m a big fan of cheddar, parmesan, fresh mozzarella, and even delicious French cheeses like gruyere and Comte. I’m not too into the stinkier cheeses, but there are plenty of people who are and good for them. The point is, cheese is THE BEST and the idea of staying in a cheese-themed hotel in London sounds like a dream, especially since it’s free!
- The hotel comes courtesy of UK restaurant chain Café Rouge. Café Rouge has plenty of delicious cheese on their winter menu, so they figured why not expand that into hotel form? They partnered up with Cukooz Homes to outfit an entire suite in all the cheesy goodness you could possibly want.
- So what’s it like? The pop-up venture, called The Cheese Suite, is full of cheese decor, cheese-shaped soap, cheese boardgames, cheese art, and tons more. Plus, there’s even a minibar stocked with loads of wine and, of course, cheese. Plus, you get a gift certificate for dinner for two at the Café Rouge restaurant.
- There’s even a delivery service. All you have to do is pick up the phone, also known as the cheese hotline, and in just a few minutes, you’ll get a boatload of fromage brought straight to your door. What’s better than that?
- You can stay for free! While not everyone will be able to book a space in The Cheese Suite, Café Rouge is offering nine lucky people a chance to stay there for free for one night between January 29 and February 6, 2020. Plus, you can bring a friend or two with you to share in the fun!
- So how can you apply? All you need to do is fill in your details along with answering how many cheeses come on the restaurant’s infamous Croques (hint: you can check out the menu on the restaurant’s website). Then, you cross your fingers and hope that you win, it’s that simple!
