Man Makes 3,000-lb Coffin For Flamin’ Hot Cheetos To Bury For Future Generations

A forward-thinking man has decided to bury a bag of Flamin’ Hot Cheetos to be found by future generations. TikTok user @sunday.nobody created a 3,000-lb coffin in which to store the cheesy treat in the hopes that one day, someone will come across the relic and get a glimpse into life in 2022.

  1. Sunday Nobody shared their methods for making the coffin on TikTok. He created the shape of the tomb, which is made out of reinforced concrete, and welded some metal to support the shape. He even made a sarcophagus of sorts in which to place the Cheetos.
  2. He covered the bag in resin. It was later suspended from the middle of the coffin and will float there for generations until someone finds it many, many years from now.
  3. He then buried his Flamin Hot Cheeto’s coffin and placed a tomb stone over it. The stone displays the name of the product as well as its ingredients. A plaque announces the snack as a “historical artefact” which should be left for “10,000 years.” Very optimistic of him to assume the world will still exist in 10,000 years!
  4. To be honest, Flamin’ Hot Cheetos might just outlast us all. They’re certainly one of the most delicious treats out there, so why not? It could happen!
