Lawyer Suing Ben Affleck And Matt Damon For Stalking, Bugging Her For Movie Inspiration

An attorney from New York has filed a lawsuit against Ben Affleck and Matt Damon claiming the actors stalked her and even bugged her home in order to get movie inspiration from her. The bizarre filing says that the Hollywood stars used her life experiences in their work, especially movies like “Maid in Manhattan” and “Gone Girl” (neither of which were written by either Affleck or Damon).

The woman claims she feared for her life.

Court documents obtained by DailyMail.com show that the woman not only accuses Damon and Affleck of bugging her home and hacking her devices, but leaving her terrified that she would be kidnapped or raped.

She says that the information that the man gleaned during the alleged incident was used to write skits for “Saturday Night Live” since Affleck was dating “SNL” producer Lindsay Shookus at the time. She also says they used information to help develop movies produced by Harvey Weinstein.

She also has no idea when she first became a victim.

The woman, whose name has been protected under the Adults Survivors Act, said in the suit filed in New York Supreme Court on Thanksgiving Day that she was unsure when we became an “unwilling participant” in the scheme.

However, she adds that Matt Damon and Ben Affleck weren’t the only offenders, and the lawsuit also names Casey Affleck, Jennifer Lopez, Ryan Seacrest, Harvey Weinstein, and actor Kevin Smith.

She’s also naming Dimension Films, Lionsgate, Disney, Warner Bros., and Paramount Pictures as being guilty of allowing plagiarism and harassment.

So, how did she find out what was happening?

The woman said that she only realized she had become a victim of powerful Hollywood players after watching several of the movies while she was injured.

That being said, she does have a very distant connection to Ben Affleck and Matt Damon: she joined their website, Project Greenlight, in 2001 to talk with other writers about their ideas and to submit contest entries.

However, she says that 2002’s “Maid in Manhattan” was full of some uncanny similarities between herself and Jennifer Lopez’s character. She also noticed some details very similar to her own life on the likes of “Mob Wives” and “SNL” between 2010 and 2011.

“These allegations are corroborated by the fact that three of them use her first name or derivatives of it, another filmed in her neighborhood, several include the boxcutter, others include hourglasses, and one includes her birthday,” court documents say.

Full details of the suit can be found on the Daily Mail website.
