McDonald’s Employee Forced To Defend Herself After Being Attacked By Customer Over Slushie Order Ravenna Police Department

A customer at an Ohio McDonald’s lashed out and attacked an employee this week because she was unhappy with her slushie order. In a three-minute video clip posted to Facebook on Monday, the woman, later identified as Cherysse Helena Cleveland, is seen rushing behind a counter at the Ravenna restaurant and demanding that employees make her a special drink with “all three flavors” mixed together. When they refused, she became violent, forcing the employees to defend themselves against her attacks.

  1. Cleveland dared employees to call the police. One employee confronted Cleveland over her behavior, saying: “Are you f–king nuts? Don’t touch me! Do not touch me, I’ll destroy you!” At this point, Cleveland then dares employees to call the cops before punching the manager in the head. The manager asked her to leave but she refused.
  2. She then tried to explain her actions. After hitting the manager, Cleveland walked back to the counter where an employee tried to speak calmly to her. “Sorry, I have been up all day. I’m sorry,” she says, before then launching into a second attack, pulling a mask from an employee’s face and throwing food items off the counter.
  3. Cleveland wasn’t leaving without a drink. Taking a drink cup, Cleveland walked to the soda machine before again trying to come behind the counter to get to the slushie machine. At this point, one of the employees was sick of it and cut Cleveland off, taking her down and punching her while saying “Don’t f***king hit me, b***h.” Cleveland then asks other people in the McDonald’s to call the police.
  4. Cleveland was arrested when police arrived. The 44-year-old was charged with misdemeanor assault and appeared before a judge in Portage County on Tuesday, where her bond was set at $1,000, according to WOIO. She was also ordered to never return to that McDonald’s location.
