Mike Tyson was caught on camera allegedly assaulting a fellow airplane passenger on a flight heading to Florida from San Francisco on Thursday morning, TMZ reports. Witnesses say that the attack was launched after the passenger refused to leave Tyson alone despite his requests.
- The video is pretty intense. The clip shows the passenger talking excitedly to Tyson from a row behind him. At one point, Tyson took a selfie with the man’s friend but then asked the men to leave him alone. Sadly, the passenger didn’t listen.
- Tyson was at breaking point. After deciding that he’d had enough, Tyson can be seen standing up and turning around, throwing a series of punches at the man seated behind him. According to people traveling with Tyson, the passenger was “extremely intoxicated” and “wouldn’t stop provoking” the boxer.
- The passenger eventually spoke to police. The video shows the man with a bloody mark on his forehead and a report claims that he got medical attention then spoke to police about what happened. However, no word on whether anything became of the altercation and it seems no arrests have been made at this point.
While I am not saying Mike Tyson was right in punching dude, if Mike Tyson tells me to leave him alone, I’m going to try to change seats just in case I fall asleep so my snoring doesn’t disturb him. https://t.co/8vbO9O5HEb
