A mother of two was left in tears of laughter after her two small children used their grandmother’s old dentures to build a “creepy” snowman complete with human teeth. Stephanie Murphy, 34 and from Teesside in the UK, let 3-year-old Dougie and 4-year-old Faye outside to play in recently fallen snow with their dad Paul. However, she was not expecting the peculiar and hilarious detail on the finished product!

- The photos went crazy on social media. After Stephanie stopped laughing long enough to get online, she immediately posted photos of the kids with their creation, and the pictures quickly went viral. Commenters couldn’t help cracking up at the silly sight and couldn’t get enough of the teeth.
- Thankfully, their grandmother is still alive. While you might think there’s an added creepy element here and that the grandmother had passed away, that’s not true at all. In fact, the kids were at Grandma Clarice’s house with her safely inside when they built the snowman. “I look after my grandmother who lives around the corner and as we were walking to her house, my daughter Faye said we should build a snowman in her front garden to make her smile,” Stephanie said. “So as we got there, I went in to give my grandmother a shower and my two kids and husband got to work making the snowman.”
- Stephanie was expecting buttons and maybe a carrot, but not human teeth. As she recalled, Stephanie had a quick scan for possible accessories for the snowman, but she certainly didn’t supply the teeth! “I was looking for buttons for the snowman’s eyes when I found a wash bag with all my grandmother’s old teeth from throughout the years,” she said. She did show the teeth to the kids, but only as an interesting item, not as a possible snowman accessory!
- The kids were kinda freaked out by it at first. It was dad Paul who ultimately decided the teeth would be a good fit on the snowman. The kids were apparently scared of it at first but soon came around to the idea. Better yet, even Grandma Clarice loved it!
