A 41-year-old man is facing multiple felony charges after he allegedly exposed himself to several toll collectors along a Florida expressway while driving naked. According to an arrest report obtained by The Smoking Gun, Mark Fillaw was arrested in connection with several incidents over a week-long period that saw him displaying his wares at three separate toll plazas.
- Fillyaw exposed himself seven different times. These crimes allegedly happened as he went through the cash lanes of the toll plazas. And no, this wasn’t accidental – it was clear that he was purposely putting his genitals on display.
- Toll collectors were traumatized by Fillyaw’s behavior. According to statements victims made to Florida Highway Patrol investigators, Fillyaw “had no clothes on” and was “showing his privates” and “touching his penis masturbating.”
- He was easily identified and then arrested. Each of the toll collectors was easily able to identify Fillyaw “through a phoot comparison and his identity matched exactly.” Officers later arrested him at his home in Saint Cloud and booked him into the county jail.
- He’s now facing felony charges. Fillyaw was charged with six counts of felony exposure of sexual organs and one misdemeanor exposure. He later posted bail and is no longer in custody.
