A man who’s obsessed with “Eye of the Tiger” by Survivor is facing eviction for his refusal to stop singing the classic rock song. Jesse Thomas has been doing renditions of the track for TikTok but her neighbors are really not feeling it and want her to either stop or get out. However, Thomas remains defiant and has no plans on piping down.

- Jesse’s landlord sent her a cease and desist. She took to TikTok to share the news, writing: “I just got a letter from my landlord that my neighbors are complaining about me singing Eye of the Tiger non-stop and if I don’t stop I’ll get evicted.”
- Of course, she was still singing in the video in question. Despite having been told to quiet down, Jesse defied her landlord’s orders and her neighbors’ requests, saying: “Sorry, Pam, I’ll never stop.” I’m assuming Pam is the landlord?
- Jesse has gone viral, which may explain her continued singing. Her video has more than eight million views and counting, with plenty of fans appreciating her passion. “SING IT GIRL DON’T LET THEM SILENCE YOU!” one commenter wrote. “Complaining about a free show?” another added.
- However, not everyone was a fan. Many pointed out how rude it is to continue making so much noise and lacking consideration for neighbors. “They’re complaining as they should,” one critic wrote. Another simply said: “Poor neighbors.”
