Netflix Confirms ‘The Kissing Booth 3’ Is Coming Next Year

Netflix has confirmed that The Kissing Booth 3 will be released on the streaming service in 2021. The decision comes only days after the second installment was released and has thrilled fans who are a big fan of the film series. Thankfully, there’s not long to wait before we find out where the story will go next!

  1. Coronavirus won’t delay the release of the movie. While you would assume that The Kissing Booth 3 is a long way off given that the virus is halting productions around the world, you couldn’t be more wrong! As it turns out, the third movie was filmed around the same time as the second, meaning it’s pretty much ready to go!
  2. The cast members you love will be back. Thankfully, we’re sticking with the core cast here, and The Kissing Booth 3 will star Joey King (Elle), Jacob Elordi (Noah), Joel Courtney, Taylor Zakhar Perez and Molly Ringwald. That’s even better news!
  3. Critics hate the series but fans love it. While the first movie only got 17% on Rotten Tomatoes and the second one only fared slightly better with a 30% rating, one thins is for sure: fans really do love the movies and they’re one of Netflix’s most popular originals.
  4. Never seen it? I highly recommend it. Admittedly, The Kissing Booth is a pretty cheesy rom-com series that not everyone will find endearing. However, if you’re in the mood for some light-hearted romance that’s a whole lot of fun, I recommend giving it a try. The premise for the first movie is simple: “A high school student is forced to confront her secret crush at a kissing booth.” Things obviously get more complicated and more dramatic from there and it’s pretty great.
  5. Keep your eyes peeled for The Kissing Booth 3! It’ll be here before you know it! In the meantime, you can rewatch the first two a few times to get ready.
