Nurse Warned She’s ‘Too Skinny’ For Another Boob Job Will Double Her Cup Size Anyway

An Australian nurse turned influencer has ignored doctor’s warnings that she’s too thin to have bigger breast implants, insisting that she’ll double her cup size anyway. Tara Jayne McConachy, 32, recently appeared on Botched, where surgeons Terry Dubrow and Paul Nassif advised against the procedure. However, she’s not going to let that stop her.

McConachy currently weighs around 99 pounds. While that’s not a problem in and of itself since she’s naturally petite, it’s worth mentioning that she already has 540ccs of breast implant silicone in her body. Doubling that is just not a good idea.

  1. She wants to get 1,000 CCs of silicone implanted. While many would say that McConachy’s breasts are large enough, she’s just not happy with the way they look. “Everything is tiny on me except for my tatas [breasts]… I’m on a quest for a bigger chest! I currently have 540 CCs [of breast implant silicone], and I’m just not happy with them at all,” she said. “Basically, the part that I don’t like about them is that they’re not big enough.”
  2. McConachy loves the attention she gets for her plastic surgery. Having already spent more than $75,000 on procedures, she has no plans on stopping anytime soon, and the new set of breast implants won’t be her last. “I just thought getting plastic surgery and having bigger boobs, that’s going to be the wow factor and exactly what I need,” she said.
  3. Surgeons said she’d have to get physically and mentally fit before they’d even consider the operation. “I’m really concerned about Tara’s overall wellbeing,” Dr. Nassif said during her episode. “Not just as it relates to surgery, but she really needs to get both physically and mentally healthy.”
  4. McConachy isn’t listening to their advice. She doesn’t care what anyone says – she has a long list of surgeries that she’ll have no matter what. “I’m definitely increasing my bust size again and getting multiple other surgeries,” she insisted. “I’m just waiting for international travel to open up – I have so many plans. I found a doctor in Europe that will do everything on my surgery list.” Here’s hoping she stays safe.
