People Are Claiming Amber Heard Did Drugs On The Stand During Her Testimony

Fans of Johnny Depp who have been rabidly following his $50 million defamation case against ex Amber Heard are convinced the actress was doing cocaine while giving testimony on the stand last week. While there’s zero proof that this was the case, damning videos have been repeatedly posted to show Heard’s alleged drug use.

  1. Heard’s former private nurse told the jury that Heard had addiction issues. While giving testimony, Erin Falati said that Heard suffered from “bipolar disorder, ADHD, codependency, and insomnia” during her relationship with Depp, as per the New York Post. She also said that Heard was addicted to both “cocaine and liquor” and had roughly 1-3 glasses of red wine a day.
  2. She has previously done a lot of recreational drugs. Falati also told the jury that Heard said she was high for 24 hours straight while at Coachella in 2016. “Client admits to illicit drug use during the trip — ingested mushrooms and MDMA simultaneously and also consumed alcohol and said she was high for 24 hours straight,” Falati noted.
  3. Heard grew up around drug abuse. The nurse said that Heard’s substance abuse issues likely came from witnessing it so much as a child. “[Heard] reports [a] familial history of substance abuse. Both mother and father have abused and become dependent on stimulants (methamphetamine) opiates and alcohol,” Falati said.
  4. Because of this, it’s easy for many to assume Heard was snorting the illicit substance on the stand. The video shows her holding a tissue to her nose and appearing to sniff in and wiping her nose before continuing to speak. Many people believe she had the drug inside her tissue, though there’s zero evidence of any truth to that statement.
  5. Others believe that she was taking something to make her cry. Many Depp fans have accused Heard of “bad acting” when she got emotional on the stand, leading some to claim that Heard is taking substances that make it easier for her to cry. Again, there’s zero proof of this either.
