I’m not going to lie and say that brownies aren’t delicious. Of course they are, and there’s a time and a place for them. However, sometimes you want that same gooey, fudgy texture without the chocolate. When that happens, you want blondies. Better yet, you want Pillsbury’s new Funfetti Blondie Mix, because of course you do.
- Pillsbury’s Funfetti range is perfection. They already offer everything from Funfetti cake mix (the original classic) to pancake and waffle mix and even cereal. There’s nothing that a little Funfetti can’t improve, and adding it to a blondie mix is a genius move.
- Their blondie mix is described as “a festive blend of vanilla and colorful sprinkles.” What’s not to love about that? Blondies get their flavor from a ton of brown sugar goodness instead of chocolate, so adding the vanilla element and those sweet candy sprinkles is basically junk food heaven and I can’t wait to try it.
- It comes in a family-size box so there’s enough to share (or more for you). Pillsbury knows that the more Funfetti blondies you can make at once, the better, which is why their 19.4 oz. box of mix fills out a bigger 13 x 9″ pan. That means you’ll have enough to share with your family, friends, or roommates… that is, if you actually want to share.
- Funfetti blondie mix is just starting to pop up in stores. It was spotted by Instagrammer @familyfooddude but at his local Publix, but it should start to appear in more stores nationwide ASAP. The best way to find it is to keep your eyes peeled on your future grocery trips and keep your fingers crossed that you find it at your local store. It doesn’t seem to be limited edition so you probably have plenty of time to enjoy them (and I’m sure you will enjoy them).
