Robber Uses Bag As Disguise Before Filling It With The Stuff He’s Stealing

An Australian man decided to go for the environmentally friendly route when robbing a service station just north of Brisbane in Queensland when he used a recycled shopping bag to disguise himself and then carry his stolen goods. Stupid yet eco-conscious!

  1. He hit the station in Caboolture at 8:30 p.m. on a Monday night. Queensland Police Service released footage of the man following the incident, showing him wearing the blue bag on his head while brandishing a knife.
  2. He demanded cash and cigarettes. The female attendant doesn’t fight him on his demands and instead hands him wads of cash and cigarettes, leading the man to take the bag off his head and start filling it with his stolen goods. Creative!
  3. After he grabbed his stuff, he high-tailed it out of there. The man happily took his bag of cash and cigs and left the station without incident. Thankfully, the female station attendant was unharmed.
  4. Police are appealing for anyone who might know the man’s identity. Anyone who witnessed the crime or has any further information on who the man might be are asked to contact Queensland Police with their tips.
