An NYPD holiday party got a little too wild for some, with an investigation being opened after a rookie cop was seen giving her lieutenant a lap dance. The unidentified female cop was recorded grinding all over 44th Precinct Lt. Nick McGarry at the Yonkers, New York bar where the party was being held.

- This is the definition of inappropriate. Not only should a rookie cop not be grinding all over her boss at a holiday party or otherwise, but it’s worth noting that McGarry is a married man. That’s perhaps what sparked the cries of “Oh my God!” from the crowd while the dance went down.
- The rookie really got into her dance. This wasn’t a humorous attempt at a playful dance – she really got into it! She grinded aganist him for ages before turning around and straddling McGarry and going for him from the front. She even cups her neck with his arm and hooked up her skirt to get closer as he put his hands on her thighs. At least he gave her a hug afterward?
- Apparently, McGarry “knows he f***ed up.” That according to a NY Post police source, who added, “Messing with your subordinate is a no-no on the job. [The rookie cop] doesn’t know any better because she just came on the job. I can’t even tell you how many times they tell incoming supervisors that.” Uh, something tells me she did know better, McGarry’s behavior was even worse as the boss.
- McGarry has already been booted out of the 44th Precinct. He’s been transferred to Transit District 12 and an investigation by the NYPD is said to be ongoing. The Lieutenants Benevolent Association and the Police Benevolent Association refused to comment on the situation.
